Refund policy for:

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program

Fees will be refunded (less $50) if you withdraw 48 hours or more before the first class. If you have had your pre-course interview with Kate Skilbeck you will be refunded less ($80).  Fees will be refunded less 20% of the course fee if you withdraw the day before the first class or after session 2 and before session 3 (if you decide the course is not for you). After this class, fees are not refundable.

If you are booked into a course and wish to transfer before the course start date, we require 48 hours notice or more to transfer to another course. If you have received your pre-course interview, there will be a $50 transfer fee.

I do not offer transfers to a subsequent course once the course has started. If you wish to withdraw from your current course part way through, you will be offered a 50% discount off the full course fee for the following term.

All other programs

When you cancel your attendance to a half-day or full-day workshops 48 hours or more before the event you will receive a full refund. Fees will be refunded less 20% of the course fee if you withdraw with less than 48 hours notice.

Cancellation of courses

Note: All of the courses I teach are contingent on minimum enrolment. In the event that the course is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund. I will contact you prior to the start of the course if it is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment. Otherwise assume the class is going forward.

Covid-19

If you are unable to attend the MBSR course due to having COVID or the need to self-isolate, then you will have the choice to receive a refund minus $100, or transfer to another future course. If you are withdrawing from a half-day or full-day due to COVID, giving less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a refund minus $50, or be given the full amount in credit to attend another future event.
