8 week training in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program

Due to COVID-19 Kate has not been able to offer the program throughout 2020-2021. However, she is VERY HAPPY to announce that she plans on teaching another round of the MBSR in Term 2, 2022, across 8 Monday evenings, 6:30- 9:00pm, from May 2nd until June 20th, with the 'Day of Mindfulness' to be held on 4 June, 10- 4pm.

The MBSR program is an inspiring 8-week course in which you will learn to access and cultivate your natural capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself and find greater balance, ease and peace of mind. This course has been shown to help alleviate a wide range of physical and psychological difficulties, increase wellbeing and enhance performance and engagement in work and life.
