Mindful Living Program; Optimising Personal and Professional Health and Wellbeing (1 hour sessions across 4 weeks).

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (8 weekly 2.5 hours classes, plus A Day of Mindfulness. The program is 27 hours in total).

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression (8 weekly 2.5 hours classes, plus A Day of Mindfulness. The program is 27 hours in total)

Mindfulness Based Emotional Balance (8 weekly 2.5 hours classes, plus A Day of Mindfulness. The program is 27 hours in total).
