(1 hour sessions across 4 weeks).
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program
(8 weekly 2.5 hours classes, plus A Day of Mindfulness. The program is 27 hours in total).
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression
(8 weekly 2.5 hours classes, plus A Day of Mindfulness. The program is 27 hours in total)
RETREATS
Kate also develops and facilitates individually tailored Mindfulness-Based Programs for specific groups and organisations.
