Clarifying your core values to guide and inspire life
Saturday 31 January 2026 10am-4pm- $360
Your values highlight what you believe is important in the way you live and work. They often determine your priorities, and deep down, they’re probably the measures you use to tell if your life is turning out the way you want it to.
When the things that you do and the way you behave match your values, life is usually good – you’re satisfied and content. But when these don’t align with your personal values, that’s when things feel… wrong. This can be a real source of unhappiness. This is why making a conscious effort to identify your values is so important. It is fundamental to reflect on your heart’s deepest desires; how you want to live, what you stand for, what matters most to you, and how you want to treat yourself and others. Our core values act as an inner compass that gives our life direction and purpose. Following these inner prompts doesn’t always lead to an easy ride. In fact, you may be required to draw upon your strength and courage. In turn, people often find that everyday experiences of work, rest and play can bring a sense of meaning and fulfilment.
