The Day of Mindfulness is a single day silent retreat led under the guidance of Kate Skilbeck, Psychologist and Certified Mindfulness Teacher.
The Day of Mindfulness, is an integral part of the MBSR course, and is also offered to past participants to refresh your mindfulness skills and strengthen your ongoing practice at home.
It’s an opportunity to take time out to deepen your practice and refresh your mind and body and nourish your heart space.
Please note that to attend the Day of Mindfulness you must either be a current student or have previously attended the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program taught by Kate Skilbeck. If you are an experienced meditator who has completed an MBSR course or equivalent, and you would like to attend, please email (kateskilbeck@gmail.com) or phone Kate (0408540895) to discuss your potential participation.

Please bring everything you need including your own lunch and water bottle. There will be fruit, tea, coffee and hot water and a range of milks available for morning tea.
A note about fees
Current MBSR course participants with Kate do not need to register or pay. If you are a graduate of one of Kate’s MBSR courses, you will pay the standard fee of $88. If you are joining Kate for the first time, after having discussed your participation with her, you will pay $140.
