The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program is an inspiring 8-week program which will help you to develop more mental, physical and psychological resilience.  This course has been shown to help alleviate a wide range of physical and psychological difficulties, increase wellbeing and enhance performance and engagement in work and life.

The MBSR course was first developed by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. It has been widely researched over the past 30 years and is at the cutting edge of integrative and preventative medicine.

In late 2018, ABC’s Catalyst team invited a group of 15 ordinary Australians to take part in a mindfulness experiment to see if undertaking the MBSR course could help treat conditions like chronic pain, stress, anxiety and depression that effect millions of us.
